What will discounters look like in 2020?

The assignment was to develop visionary shop concepts for the discount supermarket 2020. 36 students who study interior architecture were given tools on how to playfully find ideas. Day and night they brooded over futuristic concepts and came up with powerful ideas.
How to reinvent ourselves?
Consulting. Duration: 3 months
Realigning the corporate culture of a pr-agency, spinning-off from the mother company and developing an inspiring mission. Since then the agency has grown despite the financial crisis.
How to coach a Coach?
Train-the-trainer workshop. Duration: 1h
At the GSA Convention 2009 in Mannheim coaches and speakers consulted each other through their experiences from different areas. The workshop was set up like a game. The result can be called: Cross Creative Coaching.
How can different divisions inspire each other and develop products together?
Workshop. Duration: 2 1/2 days
Analyzing the companies culture, developing questions on future markets and playfully finding ideas. The workshop was aimed to build up a team. It was held in Barcelona.
