how we teach you to be creative

The brain runs on fun! Neuroscientists have found out: the brain works most efficiently under pleasurable conditions. That's why we combine playfulness with intention. Play is characterized by intrinsic motivation, enjoyment, unknown outcome, risks, tension, the social component and pleasure. The IQudo idea finding process is build on similar characteristics.

Everyone is unique. Did Albert Einstein use the Walt Disney technique to develop the theory of relativity? Most probably not, because little Walt was at the time 4 years old. Everyone is unique and in his own way creative. That is why we do not apply standardized creativity techniques, instead we focus in our workshops on the specific Creative Skills of every participant.

[IQudo = IQ + you do] Our name says it all. We provide you with insights about creative intelligence, thereby helping you to discover your Creative Skills. We boost your imagination by integrating movement and relaxation into our creative training. Example: Idea final 2007

The target groups:

  • Creative pioneers in search of great ideas.
  • CEOs and project leaders, who wish to sustainably enhance their innovative spirit.
  • Teams who want to creative without using creativity techniques.
  • Employees and freelancers, who have to be creative under pressure.

"The opposite of play isn't work. It's depression. To play is to act out and be willful, exultant and commited as if one is assured of one' prospects." - Brian Sutton-Smith, Professor of Education, University of Pennsylvania

Idea generation without creativity techniques

"Show me an international top-creative, who is using creativity techniques, and I`ll show you a unicorn." Robert Gerlach
