the 8 principles of an innovative culture

How enterprises can reinforce their innovative potential.

We identified 8 principles that make up a creative corporate culture. This lecture illustrates:

  • What you can learn from innovative enterprises and creative hot shops.
  • What type of corporate culture brings forth radical innovation.
  • How to implement the 8 key values of innovative cultures
  • What kind of environment you need to discover your talents and enhance your skills

What are the challenges that enterprises and industries will be faced with in the upcoming two decades? What products and services will consumers want to be offered in 2030? How can the current margin be sustained and marginal growth be created? There is a one-solution-fits-all answer to these challenges, a very simple one: ideas! Ideas are tomorrow's sustainable assets.

Numerous scientific surveys proved the corporate culture to be the determining factor for economic success of enterprises. The meteoric rise of the German creative agency Springer & Jacoby over the years 1985 to 2000 is yet another example of a notorious culture. The culture was part of the managements' principle: The four 4Cs: Customer, Creation, Cash and Culture. Having no posters on the walls and the desk left perfectly tidy in the evenings was definitely outstanding in a business that is known for being chaotic. Not only did this culture have a very tidy way of working, on the flipside of the coin stood great celebrations and unforgettable parties. Nowadays the most successful agencies in Germany are offshoots of the Springer & Jacoby culture.

Target group:

  • CEOs and Innovation Managers who wish to foster a lean innovation culture.
  • Marketing Managers and Project Leaders, who want to sustainably enhance the innovative spirit within the department.
  • Supervisors, who want to better understand the motives of High Potentials in order to properly manage them.
  • Freelancers and creatives who have already had the taste of an inspiring culture and want to learn more about it.
