Have a break, have an idea!

This keynote will highlight:

  • How to integrate intuitive intelligence into your daily routine
  • How to accomplish the splits between pressure and relaxation while solving problems.
  • How strategic breaks can maximize efficiency in solving problems
  • How to keep your body fit and your mind creative implementing exercise at work

A survey conducted by IQudo has gathered information from over 500 participants concerning their personal process of idea finding. Surprisingly only a handful of people conveyed having their best ideas at work. Other activities such as going for a walk, playing golf, ironing or showering were among the most popular answers. All of these answers share a common ground; a relaxing momentum. It is not power and strength alone that are born in tranquility, but brilliant ideas are too. Albert Einstein was well aware of that fact: "All that really matters is intuition. It is a holy gift, which we do not cherish in all its value!"

How are relaxation and exercise best integrated into an overloaded schedule? How can great ideas be created at work? This keynote will teach you how to use your cognitive, emotional and intuitive intelligence to your advantage, turning your body into an idea factory.

Target Groups:

  • Creatives and knowledge workers, project managers and art directors, writers and web designers, all of which need to be creative under pressure
  • CEOs and creative directors, who wish to better understand the background of creative thinking
  • Managers and officers who want to remain resilient and inventive
